Preparation for Herbal Balls

Sprinkle some water over two herbal balls. Place them over stream unit heated through, about 10-15 minutes (depends on the size of your pot, it need to adjust yourself).
The compress will soften and release its essential oil while the aroma intensifies.
Always keep one compress heated on the steamer while using the other one.
